The partnersof the firm are Mr. Arijit Ghosh (Managing Partner), Mr. Pankaj Nahata, Mr. Kishore Rathi & Mrs. Nandini Bajoria. Mr. Arijit Ghosh was a shareholder director in IIFCON (India) Pvt. Ltd., which was a reputed company engaged in industrial project management. Mr. Arijit Ghosh is responsible for setting up prominent projects in the Hosiery segment since 2004. Mr. Ghosh conceived the Brand LiLLSTEPS in June 2022 and apllied for registration which is currently completed. The firm with the professional support of Mr. Avik Sinha (Double M. Tech, Textile Engineer) started developing its Baby garment (New born to 2 years age) products from April 2023. After developing and sampling of garments the firm adopted OEM structure for manufacturing its products from several contract manufacturers under the monitoring of Mr. Avik Sinha.
